Experienced, caring facilitation
The retreat is led by the Ma Pamboli Retreats team, alongside a specially invited Christian licensed professional counsellor and mental health therapist, bringing years of experience in mental health, inner healing, deliverance, coaching, teaching, intercession and walking alongside women.

The Selah Gathering was never meant to end when you drive away. For a full year, we walk with you as you carry what God began into everyday life.
Your guide before, during and after
Your Selah Companion prepares your heart before you arrive, holds what God speaks during the retreat, and walks with you afterwards through monthly reflections, a letter to your future self and a one-year celebration of His faithfulness.
Group check-in calls
Gather online with your Selah friends every month for six months, and again at one year, to share, pray and encourage one another.
Private WhatsApp group
Each Gathering has its own group, so you can get to know the Selah attendees before you arrive and stay close long after.
Women Rooted in Christ
Join our wider online sisterhood for women pursuing mental, emotional and spiritual wholeness, wherever you are in the world.

3 sisters, one calling: to create space where women can rest, heal and meet with God.

She is a co-founder of a healing and deliverance ministry, with a deep love for Jesus and a desire to see women healed, set free and restored.
Mibéka
She is a certified project manager and the organising maestro behind Ma Pamboli Retreats. Her life is rooted in faith, grace and a deep love for Jesus.
Nadia
She is a missionary, intercessor and certified transformational coach with a heart for seeing women encounter God’s restoring love and step into their identity.
Each Gathering is supported by an invited Christian licensed professional counsellor and mental health therapist.

4 nights at a beautiful countryside retreat in the heart of England's Peak District, with indoor pool, hot tub and open hills to walk.
The Selah Gathering
Cancún, Mexico
A week in a beachfront villa on the Caribbean coast, with ocean views, sunrise worship and space to be still beside the sea.
