Where will the event take place, and how do I get there?

Is parking available?

Yes. Several parking options are available nearby. Please refer to the link above for the most up-to-date parking locations and guidance.

Is food and drink provided?

Yes. We’re pleased to provide refreshments and lunch throughout the day. This includes:
+Unlimited tea and coffee
+Still and sparkling water
+A selection of soft drinks
+Biscuits
+Lunch: chef’s choice wraps and rolls, served with fries

Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

Yes. We will contact you ahead of the event to ask about any food allergies or dietary needs so we can accommodate you as best as possible.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

All bookings are final and tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please inform us in advance of the full name and contact details of the person attending in your place so we can update our records.

What should I bring with me?

You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and present for the day. A notebook and pen will be provided for you, so you don’t need to bring your own unless you prefer to.
